This is a GREAT looking clock measuring 27 tip to tip across the center. Substantial in size, It demands your attention when entering the room. I have had this clock a couple of times in the past and this one slays both of those as for condition. Add to it the original ELGIN movement and its worth owning for sure. Clock has been on my wall for over 2 weeks and is keeping perfect time. A couple of the lacquered brass spikes have a small pea size spot of dark patina like an old saxophone gets. Back of the metal pan has the usual spots of patina/rust/corrosion that all of these ELGIN clocks get there. Hour hand has a slight bend or twist in it near the center but still points straight. I wouldn't touch it (you might not notice it if I hadn't pointed it out). Examine all the high resolution photos below.... Pro packing is my specialty - examine my feedback.
