Vintage Mid Century Modern Brutalist Nativity Set Mexico Signed Salvador

  

Offering this fabulous mid 20th century Nativity set. It has hand made figures with glass eyes in painted fabric and paper mache. Signed on the base Maxico, Salvador and a makers mark. There is Mary Jesus and Joseph, and the three Wise Men.

The largest king measures 13" high, Mary is 8.5" kneeling. The wood crib has damage on one corner where it meets the other piece of wood, see my last photo. Jesus is composition with tiny glass eyes.

Jesus has some chips to the composition. This is a large colorful Nativity set hand made in the brutalist style. All items I sell are vintage and most are antique. I will point out any flaws that I think are pertinent but ask questions if you are unsure. Thanks so much, I appreciate your business!
