Vintage kitchen table with "cracked ice" formica top and a sunny yellow vinyl band running around the perimeter held on by tacks. Made by the Essex Chair Co. In 1949, stamped and dated underneath. Overall in good condition, considering it's over 70 years old, the top is above average, I'd say, it does have some small nicks & light staining but overall looks pretty darn nice. The vinyl banding is in good condition, the dark marks you see are mostly in the pattern for shading, but it and the tacks could use some detail cleaning, it does have some staining in spots. The chrome legs have varying degrees of rust, much is lighter surface corrosion but some is heavier, please enlarge and zoom in on pictures. This table has a hideaway leaf (about a foot wide) that stores under the table when not in use, I have it tied up with string as I'm not sure what's supposed to hold it up and is probably missing. Measures about 48" x 30" x 30 tall. The legs are easily removable so as long as you can fit about a 48" x 30" x 8 item in your vehicle you should be fine.
