Vintage 1950s rockabilly full skirt sundress with mid-century modern stripes. This has wide shoulder straps, coming together in the front and center to create a v-neckline. Gathers on either side of the "v" create lots of volume for the bust, before tapering in at the waist. The skirt is full with box pleats all the way around the waist.

A petticoat was used to fill this out for the photos, and it is not included. This is made of a fabulous hot pink, olive green, aqua blue, and white horizontal striped fabric, with vertical pink and green lines, like from a paintbrush. It's an iconic 50s colorway and look and I especially love how the white is used at the neckline. Closures: Metal zipper up the back. Lining: Silky sheer lining in the bust. Chest: 35 inches (8 inches across each side). Shoulders to Waist: 16 inches.

Label: Removed - the remnant looks like something from a Florida design house. Condition: Very good - the belt is missing and there are faint spots on the back (see photo) and at the hem of the front.

There are also some tears in the cup lining. I have not tried to clean this because I ruin things when I try to wash them, and my dry cleaners are monsters.
